Spend time outside, grounded, centered, and surrounded by the beauty of North Sea Harbor. Join local instructor BeeBee for a free outdoor yoga series on the grounds of the Historic Tupper Boathouse at Conscience Point, one of the East End's most serene and storied waterfront settings.
Classes are open to all ages and experience levels and emphasize the mind-body connection and the ability to move at your own pace. Whether you're a longtime yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time, you belong here.
Bring: A yoga mat and one or two beach towels.
